Get out of the stuffy air of many gyms and into the great outdoors! That is the motto for my personal training sessions as well as my group classes.
At stadt.land.fit, nature, challenging training, and fun are brought into harmony. We jog, sprint, jump, and strengthen. We (usually) do not need any training equipment for this. We simply use what the environment has to offer: benches, stairs, railings, hills/mountains, or our own body weight for resistance. There is no such thing as bad weather – we are always outdoors!A typical training session with me consists of a strength-focused, functional interval training with short, fast cardio units. This ensures an optimal afterburn effect, so that you continue to burn calories for hours after the training. In short, intense intervals, everyone pushes their individual limits.
For those who prefer it short and intense, I offer indoor EMS training.
