About me / Bio:

As a physiotherapist since 2007, I have gained extensive experience through various engagements in both competitive and recreational sports. Since 2012, I have also been working as a personal trainer. My focus is on “healthy movement.” I aim to help you discover the joy of movement, eliminate any pain you may have, and address its root causes through effective training for long-term results. With my Master’s degree in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, I have been able to support my years of experience with scientific expertise.
