    As a sports teacher, alongside my main profession as a personal trainer, I am also active in youth sports and at sports schools. Strength and conditioning training for children and adolescents is my specialty. I integrate my experience from over 6 years of research at PEZZ in Zurich and 15 years of work in youth sports into my training. My focus areas are strength and conditioning training and its connection to growth and the prevention of injuries and overuse symptoms.
