    From elite sport (national squad selection in women’s artistic gymnastics and rhythmic gymnastics), to training as a classical stage dancer and ballet teacher, to becoming a personal trainer and pelvic floor course instructor.

    In addition to my sporting and dance activities, I obtained the Swiss Matura and the EFZ qualification as a commercial employee.

    With my extensive experience, many years of teaching, my open manner and my insatiable thirst for knowledge, I am exactly the right contact person for mothers of all ages, athletes and children. Together, we can achieve great things.
