    Exercise and sports are part of our family routine. Not only ourselves, but also our three children are very active or involved in sports every day.
    A multi-sport background, a high school diploma with a major in sports, and studies at the University of Konstanz and the German Sport University Cologne led to a career in fitness and health sports spanning over 30 years. In addition to managing various fitness facilities and developing concepts for their training areas, working with individual clients in the training area remains a particular highlight.

    From rehabilitation patients to competitive athletes, we advise and support everyone with their exercise program.
