If not now, when? Due to a congenital intestinal disease, I developed a very special, personal affinity for life. This vitality instilled in me a passion for movement, health, and well-being. I therefore completed my ETH diploma as a gymnastics and sports teacher and, in 2008, my Master of Advanced Studies in Nutrition and Health at ETH. After more than 6 years at Klinik Hirslanden, I started my own business in 2014 with ShapeUp I Your personal Health Coach GmbH, a combination of personal training, sports therapy, food coaching, and stress management.
