    My training is practical and oriented toward everyday life. I place great importance on meeting clients where they are and developing solutions together that work in the long term.

    My goal is to increase performance and reduce injuries and limitations in order to enhance quality of life, ultimately bringing about sustainable changes that have a positive impact on one’s entire life.

    I am married and the father of two wonderful children who “keep me moving” in their own way.
