    My name is Elita. I am originally from Latvia. I have been living in Switzerland since January 1999, am married, the mother of a daughter, and have turned my greatest hobby—sport—into my profession. Sport is my passion.

    Movement is simply part of life. Staying fit, active, healthy, and mobile well into old age should be everyone’s goal. This requires a certain level of discipline, good endurance, a solid amount of strength, good mobility, solid stability, coordination, and technique as well. These must be worked on regularly. I would like to pass on my experience and, above all, my joy of movement to others.

    My years of athletic commitment, experience in competitive sports, and completed training in personal training, running, and functional training all contribute to the implementation of personal and group fitness training, allowing my clients to benefit from this expertise.

    Sport and movement enrich life at any age and bring joy. Regular training has a positive effect not only on health, but also on mental well-being and overall quality of life.
