    I am Daniela Hofmann, a personal trainer and nutrition coach from Kreuzlingen. For me, health means far more than just training or nutrition alone – it is the foundation for quality of life, performance, and inner strength. That is precisely why I support people in understanding their bodies better, developing sustainable routines, and feeling good in the long term.

    In my work, I combine individualized training, practical nutrition, and a holistic view of body and mind. The focus is not on short-term successes, but on solutions that suit you and are permanently implementable. My goal is to competently, honestly, and motivatingly accompany you on your personal path to better health.

    My Story – My Motivation

    My passion for Fitness and nutrition is closely linked to my own health history. Many years ago, I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease, a chronic inflammatory bowel disease. Two operations involving bowel resections followed, and for a long time, recurring symptoms dominated my daily life. Support in the areas of nutrition and holistic health approaches was very limited at the time.

    I decided to actively take my health into my own hands. Through a targeted dietary change and a conscious return to sports, my symptoms gradually improved – until they finally disappeared. This experience showed me the potential that lies in the right combination of movement, training, and nutrition.

    What I Do Today

    Driven by these insights, I completed my training as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. I have been working in the industry since 2015, and full-time since 2020. Today, I support my clients in achieving their goals – whether it’s more energy in everyday life, a healthier body, increased performance, or new confidence in their own body.

    It is important to me that you not only train or follow a plan, but that you understand why you are doing something. This is how real change happens – sustainable, self-determined, and for a lifetime.
