    Throughout my fitness career, I have taken on every challenge presented to me, which has allowed me to see the many facets of fitness and learn that every position contributes to the importance of teamwork. The results have also been positive across the various roles I hold in terms of staff, profession, and relationships, with a constant focus: the health and well-being of the individuals I meet. This has allowed me to share my expertise and combine my skills with the challenges of both the sports and corporate worlds, where I have held positions of responsibility in multiple and diverse functions within the fitness field.

    Thus, benefiting from extensive training in personal training and nutrition, I created the personal training department of a major fitness chain in 2001. In 2003, I founded ONE2ONE and continued my career as a personal trainer. In 2006, I opened M2Bstudio, an exclusive facility reserved for personal training and clients who pay per session. This is why Mind2Body® has developed a high level of sensitivity toward clients, always focusing on individual needs. In 2009, the M2Bgym Center for Sport and New Technologies was established, featuring new technologies that integrate exercise, function, and nature, allowing people to train freely or accompanied by a personal trainer: “physical preparation” for the general public. In my consulting capacity, we have scheduled appointments with our clients to implement and monitor their training programs through clear and precise explanations and demonstrations.

    We will continue in 2024 with a more intimate and focused approach, returning to our foundations with a more suitable and cozy space: M2B “piccolo”.
